We pride ourselves in being available to answer questions and be the support we wish we had when we started our company. You can reach out at WeCare@GivingExcellence.com. You can also reach us through our various facebook groups and page where our team monitors and assists as needed.

How do I find which programs and services I belong to?

Click on the main top menu link to dashboard. The programs you are in will be in color. The greyed out icons are what you are currently not enrolled in.

What happens if I forget my password?

If you forget your password, you click “Forgot password” to have a new password sent to your email address on file, but if you don’t recall which email address you used to sign up you can email us at WeCare@GivingExcellence.com and we’ll be happy to assist you.

How do I change my password?

If you go to your profile page, you can update any of your details including your password there. We do not store your password on our site due to honoring your security.

How do I chang my credit card details?

If you click on the my account/profile on the top menu, there is a drop down menu that has card management details. Go there and you can update your card anytime.

How can I cancel my partnership?

First off, we are sorry to see you go. Please note that if you want to put your account on pause with us, that is only $5 a month and will hold yout stop till you are ready to return. If you cancel, if the price goes up then you will have to have the new price. If you want to cancel or put your account on hold, please contact us at wecare@givingexcellence.com and we will get you taken care of.
